Our charity shops

We sell quirky one-offs, ideal for those wanting cutting edge fashion. We also stock good quality high street clothes and accessories, greeting cards, soft furnishings, gifts and toys. We have built up a good reputation for good value and quality items including designer labels and the odd celebrity cast-off. We also get end of line and ex-sale stock from designers and other high street chains.

Our shops are open seven days a week, from 10am to 6pm. Opening hours vary on Sundays but most of our shops are open between 12pm and 5pm - please contact your local shop directly to confirm Sunday opening hours.

Donate your unwanted items

Our Charity Shops depend on the generosity of local individuals and companies for new stock. If you would like to donate any unwanted goods, please contact Asha Chandragiri on (020) 8354 5534 or at asha.chandragiri@octaviahousing.org.uk

Gift Aid
Please sign up to the gift aid scheme when you donate goods to our shops if you are a UK tax payer. This means that we can claim an additional 25% of the sold price of your donated goods from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs at no extra cost to you - increasing the value of your gift to Octavia Foundation.

For example, if you donated a bag of clothing to our shops that was sold for £20, we would be able to claim an additional £5 back in Gift Aid from the government, increasing the total value of the goods that you have donated to £25.

Please note: our shop at 191 Upper Richmond Road, Sheen, is currently closed for refurbishment. The shop will reopen in late April, date to be confirmed.
