Sharon works with the older person's team as Volunteer Coordinator. She has previously worked in income generation in the Public Sector. Sharon has a passion for helping people. She enjoys bringing creativity into her role. Sharon works to recruit new volunteers for the Befriending Service for older or isolated people in West London. Sharon coordinates training, and supports the service to match people to create a good befriending relationship experience.
