Octavia Foundation Annual Accounts 2023-24
Octavia became part of the Abri Group in December 2024, prior to the completion of the audit for Octavia Foundation for the year ended 31 March 2024, at which point the incumbent auditors were required to resign due to services already provided to Abri.
We are in the process of appointing new auditors to undertake the necessary audit work relating to the Foundation and finalise statutory accounts. We anticipate the accounts will be filed with the Charity Commission by the end of March 2025.
