Zahraa has in-depth knowledge of the charity sector, having worked in various roles within it since 2014.
She is responsible for setting, developing and implementing the volunteering programme strategy. Since 2022 Zahraa has expanded her responsibilities to oversee our Financial Resilience team, who provides wide-ranging services for cost-of-living support.
